
Green Bay Ballet Festival
Welcome to the Green Bay Ballet Festival! – a multiweek engagement celebrating the artistry and athleticism of Ballet. Presented in partnership with The Weidner, the Festival will feature masterclasses, pop-up performances, community dance engagements, film screenings, and a live concert performance with world-renowned dancers and live music from the Weidner Philharmonic symphony orchestra.

Support the festival
Donors contributing a minimum of $500 will receive an invitation to join the dancers backstage for an exclusive post-show toast. Get up close and personal with the energy and excitement that unfolds behind the scenes.
Donors contributing a minimum of $1,000 will receive an invitation to attend the orchestra tech rehearsal and an exclusive private dinner with the talented Beer & Ballet dancers on Friday evening (May 3). Immerse yourself in the artistry, stories, and passion of the performers while enjoying a delightful dining experience.

The finale event of the Green Bay Ballet Festival! Top professional dancers from around the nation come together for a one-night only performance in the heart of Wisconsin, at The Weidner. This world-class, family-friendly program features homegrown principal artists returning to give back to their community through the arts. Enjoy a unique evening of ballet curated to Tchaikovsky’s greatest scores, short dance films, and beer tastings from local breweries…INCLUDING ROOT BEER!

Meet The artistic directors!

Kyle Davis
Kyle Davis is from Green Bay, WI. He trained at Makaroff School of Ballet and on scholarship at Rock School for Dance Education and North Carolina School of the Arts, and attended summer courses on scholarship at Milwaukee Ballet School, the School of American Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. He is currently a principal dancer with Pacific Northwest Ballet.

Sarah-Gabrielle ryan
Sarah-Gabrielle Ryan is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She studied on scholarship at the Rock School for Dance Education, Metropolitan Ballet Academy, and the School of Pennsylvania Ballet; she attended summer courses at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy, Ellison Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, the School of American Ballet, the School of Pennsylvania Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. She is currently a principal dancer with Pacific Northwest Ballet.

For dancers looking to expand their abilities, join Green Bay Ballet Festival for a weekend of training and coaching from acclaimed artists in a range of dance techniques. Students will have the opportunity to work with dancers and directors from Pacific Northwest Ballet, DanceAspen, South Dakota Ballet, and Madison Ballet. Intensive classes will include ballet technique, contemporary, modern, musical theater, and choreography.
Advanced, Intermediate and Adult Dancers welcome.
Ages 12 and up.
